Fair office will be located in the Mercure Hotel in Gdynia, Armii Krajowej street, 22.

 Opening days and hours:

Wednesday, October 16th 2019 – 4:00PM – 8:00PM (exhibitors only – display assembly)

Thursday, Oct 17 th, 2019 – 10:00AM – 6:00PM,

Friday, Oct 18 th, 2019 – 10:00AM – 4:00PM

In the Fair office, exhibitors and guests will be able to:

  • Buy tickets for visitors,
  • Acquire ID cards entitling to participate in particular events,
  • Acquire free Fair Catalogues,
  • Get acquainted with Regulations for Fair Participants,
  • Acquire information
