The on-line registration form allows you to register max 3 persons as the Participates on the XLIV Training -  Conference of Trout Breeders and/or Technological Aquaculture Fair, that will be held  on 17-18 Oct., 2019 at the Mercure Gdynia Centrum Hotel in Gdynia.

Making the reservation, please, remember:

1. Participation in Conference  includes free  participation in Fair and there is no need to make any additional registration for the  Fair.
2. The application for Fair allows you to participate in Conference in that day when you have bought one day ticket.

The RODO clause

The administrator of personal data acquires in this registration form is Polish Trout Breeders Association, settled Al. Wolności 30/105, 84-300 Lębork

The data are taken only for the  Conference and Fair application process. The law base to processing personal data  art. 6 point 1 b) and c) of the ordinance 2016/679 [RODO]

The person whose the data belongs to has the right:

• access to own data,
• change it,
• delete it,
• to reduce the processing,
• to make an objection to processing it,
• the right to make a complaint to supervisory authority.

Giving the data is Voluntary but necessary to get involved in Conference or/ and Fair

Comments

1. The participation in Training - Conference includes free participation in Fair. Ther is no need to register special for the Fair.
2. Notification on Technological – Aquaculture Fair authorise to participation in the Conference in that day when the one day ticket has been bought.
3. You can also buy the invitation for Gala Dinner for additional persons. The cost is 200 PLN gross  per person.
